This year Half Your Plate is proud to be participating in the Grey Cup Festival and we’d like to invite you to join us! Half Your Plate will have a tent during the Festival on Friday, Nov 25 and Saturday, Nov 26 in Toronto. We'll be passing out healthy snacks, taking photos and encouraging Canadians to make a healthy choice by filling half their plate with fruits and veggies at every meal. Our friend Freggie™ will be there for part of the day.
Stop by our tent at the Grey Cup Festival at Roundhouse Park on Bremnar Blvd between 11:00am and 10:00pm and help us spread the message!
